If this is the first time you have undertaken a project that calls for an architect, you are not in the minority – 90% of people we meet have never used an architect before.
This is a new investment and it is important that you see return on the money you spend as well as ending up with a design that is practical from both an economic and situational point of view. You also need to be able to get planning for it of course.
You also need to be able to visualise the impact that your project will have on your life and how it will make things better for you.

Following this you have a plan of action to chip away at over coming years, months, or weeks, depending on your timescales. Once you can see your future reality, you will know what to do.
